After baking cakes for family and friends all her life Jeni decided that she loved baking so much she wanted to do a lot more of it....... and Jeni's cupcakes was born. By starting small and practicing on her friends, Jeni built up a range of wonderful tasty cupcakes and funbuns.
Jeni then registered her kitchen and was given a Grade 5 Hygiene rating which is the highest classification in the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. She passed her Level Two in Food Safety and Hygiene and this meant she could sell her cakes to the world. Since then Jeni's Cupcakes has become increasingly popular in the local area and she has orders ranging from six to three hundred cupcakes.
